You may change your mind and cancel your order within SEVEN (7) working days after the day you receive your goods. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund the full purchase price excluded your delivery fee. However the return goods should be in perfect seal as the moment you received it from JUARA.

You may exchange your goods or obtain a full refund if the goods in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the goods you have received are not the goods you originally ordered.

Reward Points will be given for each purchase on JUARA merchandise. It is accumulated to every sequence purchase in JUARA website. Reward Points can be redeemed to in stock product in JUARA’s Website. You can combine reward point with other payment method if your purchase exceeds your point’s value. Delivery fee is not include on redeem value and can be paid using all payment method on JUARA website.

Returned orders affecting Points

For returns, the number of points to be reduced will match the amount of merchandise to be refunded.

Eligibility

Only customers with a valid JUARA account and email address will be eligible to collect points whether the order is placed online or over the phone. Customers with no valid email address or who refuse to create an account are not currently eligible to collect JUARA Points at the moment.

JUARA Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are transferable but cannot be redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates will be issued via email, and can only be redeemed online, or over the phone. JUARA Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on www.juarabeauty.com. The remaining balance on Gift Certificate can be used for future transaction and can be combined with other payment method.

Free Gift With Purchase Promotions

JUARA will occasionally run special promotions which include a gift with purchase (with terms and conditions.) Should a free gift run out of stock or not be available for the entire duration of the promotion at any time, JUARA reserves the right to alter the dates for which the promotion is valid, or substitute the gift with something of similar value, as determined by JUARA.

If your residence is outside Indonesia, you have to pay overseas delivery service charge and pay your country custom fees. JUARA will not responsible to any fee charge by your country residence. The Custom charge might be various depend on your country policy. We may suggest EMS for economic delivery service.
